Very powerful photo, the unreal effects of the HDR really help the theme and subject!
Sorry that it didn't do so well in DM but HDR is a cardinal sin (as are sunsets, frames, flowers and possibly cats).

Fantastic tones and colours, but what rocks is the reflection on the right building, it's just amazing! Sky is impressive and i like it too. The only bad thing is the border on the right, most visible on the sky.

My first thought was "computer editing". My second thought was "No... wait a minute... I've been there!" Excellent use of HDR!. I really love the overall color. Nice composition too! It would be interesting to see a nighttime photo if this exact composition. Anyway... very well done!!!

Personally I don't really dig on HDR but I must admit that you did a great job. I actually like this photo (despite the fact it's HDR) and only thing I can find as a remark is this shadow at the bottom. Maybe a photo would be better if shadow is not here, but I'm not really sure. It's an excellent photo.
