I took this photo from the window of the 14th floor of the Bellagio. The sun was setting behind me and the dark clouds were in front of me. The effect was to highlight the buildings making them stand out in the photograph. View the photo on the "large" setting and you can see even more of the effect. The strip looks like it is lit up.
